Newcrest – Lihir Island gold mine Cat 6050 shovel build

Obadare jointly with MJD Mechanical services has succesfully built & commisioned the first Cat badged shovel at Newcrest Minings Lihir Island Gold Mine.

Digger 26, 6050 shovel was built on time & is currently working in the production fleet.
